Once you have purchased a certificate a "Pin" type number will be issued to you.
This number will be stored in our site allowing you to pass this "Pin" number along to the recipient.
During the checkout you will have the ability to enter the pin number.
You can only redeem one ceritificate per order.

Certificate is valid for full dollar amount purchased, If your order is less than the certificate amount the remaining can be used with the same "pin" on future orders until no remaining amount is left.

Certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or credit. Credit will not be issued for unused amounts. They are only valid via our online site.
